SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers based on availability and your location. Delivery times are estimates only and begin after your order has shipped:
- US Domestic: 3-10 business days
- International: 10-30 business days (may vary by country)
Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions. Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be applied automatically at checkout where eligible.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking when available. You'll receive tracking information via email once your package is shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Delivery Issues
Once we transfer your package to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For lost or damaged shipments, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier using your tracking information. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee resolution.
If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, building management, or contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier.
International Shipping
International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and fees charged by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, and we are not responsible for any such delays. Some countries restrict certain products — it is your responsibility to ensure the items you order can be legally imported to your country.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If you refuse delivery or fail to claim your package, you are responsible for the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier. Refunds for refused or unclaimed packages will be issued minus all shipping costs.
Order Cancellations After Shipping
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or rerouted. If you no longer want the item, you may return it according to our Refund Policy once it is delivered.
Address Changes
We cannot change the shipping address after an order has been placed. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
PO Boxes and Military Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses where carrier services are available. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard delivery times.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage with the carrier before accepting. Contact us immediately at with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
